For Presenters
For Chapters Attending
Option 1: Downtown/Art museum (Cost varies based on activities selected) History Museum on the Square (Admission: Adults - $5), Springfield Art Museum, Admission: FREE, Coffee/Donuts shops – The Mud House, Hurts Donuts both of which are famous in Springfield and located downtown.
Option 2: Hiking at the Springfield Conservation Nature Center (FREE) Small indoor conservation museum and 3 miles of walking/hiking trails.
Option 3: Fantastic Caverns ($17.50) Cave that you can tour by ride, takes approximately an hour. Group rate for 20 people or more is $17.50. Cost is $24.00 without this group rate.
Option 4: Dickerson Park Zoo ($6.00) Springfield Zoo, 15 or more people has a group rate of $6 adult, $12.00 per person without the group rate.
Options 5: Wonders of Wildlife Aquarium and Museum Newly renovated and opened Aquarium and Museum attached to Bass Pro Shop. Group rate of $35 with 10th ticket free. Plan on at least 3-4 hours!
Option 6: Wilson's Creek Battlefield Civil War battlefield site – Visitor center, walking trials. $15.00 per vehicle.
